Shipping policy

Sweatless delivers to every address in Australia, including all states and territories.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to Australia, with no minimum spend. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Processing and delivery times

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed. Some products take longer; the estimate for each product is shown on its product page.

Our products are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses outside Australia. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote areas, during public holidays and in peak periods. If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show the first updates.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched so we can correct it.

Late, missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us at support@sweatlessau.com with your order number. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are explained on our Returns & Refunds page and are not affected by this policy.
