Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to every address in Australia, including all states and territories.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to Australia, with no minimum spend. Prices include GST, and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some products take longer; the estimate for each product is shown on its page, above the Add to cart button.

This estimate includes 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Our products are shipped from our suppliers' warehouses outside Australia. Delivery to remote areas, public holidays and peak periods can add a few days.

If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking your order

Every order is shipped with tracking. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show the first updates.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at support@sweatlessau.com with your order number and we'll look into it. See our Returns & Refunds page for your rights if an order doesn't arrive.
